Important: We are at capacity for Homestead accounts this year.
Note: We do not recommend protesting Over65 accounts. The increased tax value is advantageous in qualifying for a higher tax ceiling percentage to transfer to a new house if you ever sell.
Note: If you do not plan to sell/develop the land within the next 3-5 years, we do not recommend protesting. The savings gained would be from rollback taxes when you sell/develop.

How Tax Protesting Works

    We finalize the majority of our hearings with the county by the end of July. You can expect to hear from us by September.
