Important: We are at capacity for Homestead accounts this year.
Note: We do not recommend protesting Over65 accounts. The increased tax value is advantageous in qualifying for a higher tax ceiling percentage to transfer to a new house if you ever sell.
Note: If you do not plan to sell/develop the land within the next 3-5 years, we do not recommend protesting. The savings gained would be from rollback taxes when you sell/develop.

How Tax Protesting Works

  2. We will file your protest, build your case, and attend all hearings on your behalf at the appraisal district.
  3. We will email you the protest results by September.

    We finalize the majority of our hearings with the county by the end of July. You can expect to hear from us by September.
